Kris was extremely helpful with me in making decisions on my furnace and CA unit with ZERO pressure!! He recommended only what I needed and did not offer up extra expenses that I did not need. Professional and had the job up and running exactly when he said he would. I had a excellent experience and can't say enough about HAS!! Highly recommend them!!! Our almost 30 year old furnace is one of the first high efficiency models that was made, but naturally has needed some replacement parts along the way.  We like the old clunker because unlike some of the newer models, the components are separate from each other making them easy to repair/replace.  The blower motor was on it's last legs and locked up a day later.  We called HAS for the first time and were happy to get immediate service.  We were particularly impressed with the way they listened to us!  They did quote a new furnace but were not pushy or telling us tall tales about our heat exchanger - which is NOT cracked as several other services have told us in the past while attempting to get us to buy a new unit.  They were able to get OEM Rheem parts and we were toasty warm by suppertime.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I , like most read a ton of reviews, checked BBB and of course word of mouth in my community before even having a company come to bid on a job. We just had our home A/C and Furnace replaced, plus some relocating placement.  We had gotten 5 bids and HAS out bid them all, but most importantly Kris was 10xs more informative and not in a salesmen way.

After hiring,  Kris answered every question with the patience of a Saint. The entire crew was awesome and we were so pleased we also referred/hired them to replace a family members units with in the same month.
